Instructions to cancel Return Reconciliation
Method 1:
Step 1: Log in to PowerSell here.
Step 2: From the sidebar menu on the left, select Orders Management => select Return Reconciliation.
Step 3: Click on the Confirmed Return section.
Step 4: Click on the box before the orders you want to reconcile or the box before Order Info ( under the search box).
Step 5: Select Mass Action. => Select Remove reconciliation
Method 2:
Step 1: Log in to PowerSell here.
Step 2: From the sidebar menu on the left, select Orders Management => select Return Reconciliation.
Step 3: Select Reconciliation History.
Step 4: Click on Action Type, select Remove Reconciliation => Click on Filter.
Step 5: In the Action section, click the box with redemption icon (red) => Click Reconcile to confirm or Cancel if you want to keep the previous reconcile operation.
